Committee Chairmen are the noncommissioned officers of the Chapter. Many of the yearly operations & activities of the organization are carried out by these individuals. Chairmen vary in their experience & qualifications. Many are past officers or even previous Presidents of the Chapter, some are current officers, & a few are up-&-coming new members making a name for themselves. Most Chairmen head committees of 5 members or more, some as many as 10. Committee meetings take place once per month or one every other month, it is up to the Chairman. You know you've started to make a difference & have been recognized by the Alamo Chapter when you receive that Chairman Badge with your name on it.
